- The length of full-length papers should not be less than 6 pages and not exceed 10 pages.
- The length of abstracts should not exceed 1 page.
- The language is to be set to UK English (in Microsoft Word) and any images included in the paper should have a minimum resolution of 150 dpi.
- In preparing their paper, authors are expected to pursue objectiveness and rigour in all aspects of their work.
- The list of authors should accurately reflect who did the work.
- The conference proceedings will only consider original work that has not been published elsewhere.
- Each full paper will be fully peer-reviewed by at least two members of the International Scientific Committee.
- Authors of accepted papers will be required to register for the ICCCSC 2026 and present their work during the conference, either with an oral presentation or a poster.
- Oral presentations will be 15 min plus 3 min Q&A.
- Poster presentations will be accompanied by 3-minutes ‘flash’ presentations, which also will form part of the parallel conference sessions.
