Submission of abstracts

To submit your abstract, simply send us your abstract via email to icccsc@uct.ac.za in a format of your choice (MS Word or pdf), containing the following:

  • authors with affiliation and email addresses
  • title of presentation
  • abstract (200 – 300 words)

 

All delegates whose abstracts have been accepted are given the following options when presenting their work at ICCCSC:

  • Oral presentation + abstract (1 page max, printed in the conference book of abstracts and published on the conference website)
  • Oral presentation + full-length paper (peer-reviewed, online publication in the conference proceedings, min 6 pages, max 10 pages) + abstract (1 page max, printed in the conference book of abstracts and published on the conference website)

Paper Submission

All delegates whose abstracts were accepted are given the following options when presenting their work at ICCCSC:

  • Oral presentation + full-length paper (peer-reviewed, online publication in the conference proceedings, min 6 pages, max 10 pages) + abstract (1 page max, printed in the conference book of abstracts and published on the conference website) – Download a copy of the template in the link below to create your own submission

The proceedings of the ICCCS 2026 (full-length papers only) will be published with Springer, and all the extended abstracts will be included in the conference book of extended abstracts.

Paper submission guidelines will be made available at a later stage, once your abstract has been accepted.

Abstract submission deadline expired, high quality abstracts will however still be accepted

The Protea Hotel by Marriott, Cape Town Waterfront Breakwater Lodge

The conference venue will be the recently refurbished conference centre of UCT’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) in the V&A Waterfront. We have negotiated special rates with 3 hotels in very close proximity to the conference venue.
